Operating system not found (ESXI) CAPV

 saw this today green snake of death in a CAPV cluster

Youll notice that theres no IP on the VM.  but loking closer its not DHCP issue, bc the VM never comes up at all  so nobody even tries to get an IP,  actually its a bios level issue i guess: 

turns out it was because we had a corrupted VM.  I guess if you whave a corrupt VM ESXI sais "operating system not found" ? 

Once we downlaoded the right capv vms from customerconnect for 1.24.10 kubernetes / CAPV from vmware, the VMs came up !
